The Serenity Terrace features an open swimming area, large splash pad, built-in spa, spillover, Patio, Synthetic turf play area and a covered dining section and plenty of paved space for seating.
There is also two types of wall on this project, a tall CMU engineered wall that supports the patio and synthetic turf play area and a Landscaping Block Wall that supports a lower bed to the yard. By creating this lower bed the client retains a beautiful view without the requiring the obstruction of a railing around the patio.
